Job Title: Sports Graduate Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a school in Tameside. As a Sports Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in education and make a real difference for children with behaviour needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Support a Year 2 boy daily throughout lessons and the school day
  • Mentor and coach behaviour
  • Work alongside the class teacher and other professionals to support progress
  • Be responsible for safeguarding of students in your care
Requirements:
  • Be a motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Sports Graduate or come from a coaching background
  • Be available full time - 5 full days a week
  • Be able to travel to the school in Tameside

We offer a fantastic opportunity for a Sports Graduate to develop their experience in the classroom and further their interest in a career in education. Full training will be provided within our TA school by experienced education professionals.

To be successful in this role, you must provide a CV covering employment history over the last 10 years with any gaps explained, be subject to an enhanced DBS check and Overseas Police Check (if applicable), and have a right to work in the UK.
