As a Data & Insight Graduate, you will assist the team into delving into data and translating into meaningful and actionable insights. You will have some exposure in visualizing data in using a wide range of analytical tools to build well designed data visualizations. You will be a strong communicator, who can help the team connect data points to help produce larger narratives.

Across 2 years you will rotate in the 4 key areas of the department, spending 6 months in each rotation. These rotations will be with the teams in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Insight and Advanced Analytics.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a Data & Insight Graduate,** **you'll be doing the following:

- Assist in Analysing and interpreting complex data in order to formulate relevant conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Work with the team to help translate complex and ambiguous information in order to drive actionable insight brought to life through communication and visualisation.
- Work with the team to demonstrate the ability to utilise data to conclude insights.
- Strong communication and clear identification of possible actions based upon insight.
- Work in a fast-paced and exciting function and perform deep dive analytics.
- Assist on numerous projects around loyalty, customer analytics, segmentations, CRM, Data Science, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, marketing analytics, channel analysis and customer acquisition
- Assist in analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and implications.
- Help prepare detailed analysis with clear high-level take-outs and present to senior marketing stakeholders and/or key business stakeholders
- Provide regular standard data driven market intelligence information to the Trading regarding the external business & individual landscape

**What We're Looking For**:

- Graduate up to 1 years' experience in an analytics and insight
- Have experience working in a fast paced, high growth, consumer facing business.
- Ability to help drive actionable insight from a myriad of data sources.
- Commercial experience using SQL is advantageous and any experience in R or Python would be a distinct advantage.
- Excel skills and some VBA experience
- Exposure to Power BI/Tableau/QlikView or other visualisation software desirable
- Ability to work independently under pressure and to tight deadlines with an excellent attention to detail
