Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of up to 6 security officers based on-site.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and processes in line with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Oversee incident and accident management, reporting, and budgeting.
- Ensure exceptional safety and security standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully delivering strategy.
- Experience managing facilities teams and expertise in managing challenging environments.
- Strong leadership skills and motivational approach.
- Frontline SIA badge for manned guarding.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce detailed reports and investigations.
Salary
£58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
