Job OverviewThis role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our wide range of products. As a Sales Consultant, you will be expected to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and a keen eye for detail. If you are ambitious, friendly, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs, answering their questions, and offering personalized advice on our products.
- Build strong relationships with customers by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to their needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and stock levels.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits. In addition to a fun and supportive working environment, you will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
