About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and minimize potential losses.
  2. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Client Service: Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
