Job Overview:

About the Role:

The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for reviewing and implementing effective health and safety strategies across the site. This includes managing non-conformance reports, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to address these issues. Additionally, they will support the business in achieving quality standards and maintaining BRC accreditation through audits and other operational projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in health and safety and quality management
  • Experience working in a similar manufacturing and production environment
  • Understanding of BRC accreditations and audit processes
  • Ability to continue improving health and safety standards while upholding high-quality work

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£50,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and the company's commitment to quality standards.
