  • Creating robust project plans and coordinating the execution of project deliverables on time and budget, ensuring quality meets client expectations.
  • Designing and implementing project workshops and delivering results to relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Executing day-to-day project tasks to meet timelines.
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress and status.
  • Recording and proactively resolving project issues and risks in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
Main Activities

Project Management

  • Identifying and agreeing project scope, deliverables, and creating project documentation in line with internal methodology, including project plan, risks, and issues log.
  • Coordinating process mapping workshops for projects related to new or changed processes aligned with Reward Operations' core processes and Lean initiatives.
  • Ensuring attendance at appropriate project meetings and completing project-related tasks and testing tasks that may arise.
  • Coordinating, implementing, and preparing business readiness plans for handover to operational payroll teams, including closing down projects and facilitating lessons learned.
