Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Management Specialist to join our client's team in Broughton, Flintshire. As a key member of the VSM project leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring strong Project Management Expertise and applying appropriate Project & Programme Management structure, governance, and practices across the streams of the VSM team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Product Change Management, Change Control & MOD Implementation, Integrated Planning, Ramp-up & Capex, and RC & Business Performance. You will work closely with the VSM project leaders and project organisation on a day-to-day basis, providing coaching and awareness sessions, shaping methods and tools in accordance with PM standards, and promoting Agile WoW.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring VSM projects are supported with strong Project Management Expertise
  • Applying Project & Programme Management structure, governance, and practices
  • Working with VSM project leaders and project organisation
  • Providing coaching and awareness sessions
  • Shaping methods and tools in accordance with PM standards
  • Promoting Agile WoW

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Change Management, Change Control & MOD Implementation, Integrated Planning, Ramp-up & Capex, and RC & Business Performance
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
