We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Nursing Administration Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the Clinical School Nurses across various schools in Aberdeen City.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Clinical School Nurses, including maintaining accurate records and files.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with the coordination of school nursing services, including scheduling appointments and managing caseloads.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail sorting, and filing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school staff and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
