Nursing Team Lead

About the Role:
As a Staff Nurse at Holmes Care Group, you will be responsible for leading the team and providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents. You will oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensure the safe administration of medication, and create and carry out treatment plans. You will also offer a safe, caring, and stable environment to the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing nursing care and support to residents
- Overseeing medicine management and ensuring safe administration of medication
- Creating and carrying out treatment plans
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
Requirements:
- Current registration with the NMC
- Relevant Nursing qualification
- Compassionate and caring attitude
