We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN School Educator to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). This part-time role is approximately 18 hours per week and will involve supporting a child with learning engagement difficulties.

The position is fixed-term until further notice. Ideal candidates will have trauma and attachment training, experience working with SEN children, and a positive approach to teamwork.

Key requirements:

  • Energy, passion, patience, and creativity to enable children to achieve their full potential
  • Experience working with children suffering from trauma and attachment issues
  • Adaptability and knowledge of working with complex emotional needs
  • A positive and forward-thinking approach to school life

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
