Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Zest Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across all age groups, gaining valuable experience in the wider curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
  • Assist students with their learning and development
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help
  • Assist with classroom management and organization
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with primary aged children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development
  • Relevant qualifications in education or child care is desirable

Zest Education Ltd is an REC audited agency and is dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.

The salary for this position is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.

This role is for temporary supply work.
