We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Professional to join our team at Via. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting data collection and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and guests into our service
- Managing office administration duties, including filing, archiving, and photocopying
- Supporting the collection and inputting of service data
- Working with local and national databases using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
