**Job Summary**

Aspris Children's Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to our young people, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support and guide young people in their daily lives, including helping with school work, activities, and daily tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all young people.

**Requirements**

  • Resilience and ability to work with young people who have complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
