Job Summary:

The School Business Manager will play a key role in overseeing the non-teaching aspects of school development, supporting the school in providing an exceptional learning environment and experience for our children and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic development and operation of the school's business functions, including financial resource management, ICT and information management, facility and property management, health and safety, and statutory compliance.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve school goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective financial management systems and processes.
  • Provide strategic advice to the Headteacher and Governors on business-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in complex project planning and delivery.
