We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our expanding team in Leeds. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a wide range of clients, working collaboratively with the Account Executive team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on commercial insurance solutions and manage the renewal process
- Manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, working to deadlines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and needs

As an Account Handler, you will be part of our expanding Leeds team, working alongside a team of 3 Account Executives on a range of cross-class commercial clients. You will be empowered to think for yourself, finding solutions for your clients throughout their insurance cycle.
We are looking for an experienced Account Handler with a solid grounding in commercial insurance. You will have strong client service skills, able to communicate effectively, and relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) are a plus.
