About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Leader to join our team at Hilton Foods UK. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by developing and implementing effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our People and Culture Strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring a best-in-class service delivery.
  • Lead the People and Culture team, motivating and developing them to deliver exceptional results and improve operational performance.
  • Lead on all aspects of employee relations, ensuring fair management and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment, championing site engagement and galvanizing the business unit management team to drive results.
  • Coach and mentor our teams on people-related matters, strengthening leadership skills and driving a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with the business unit management team, Regional P&C management, and Group to ensure the development and management of pay and benefits, measuring costs and controlling expenditure.
  • Develop and oversee performance management to support a high-performance culture, ensuring the development and retention of key talent through capability management and succession planning.
  • Lead alignment with manufacturing, planning, and Shared Services Resourcing Team to manage agencies and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Protect the Hilton Foods UK business by ensuring the development and retention of key talent, demonstrating visible leadership in driving the right safety culture and supporting the wellbeing of our people.
  • Embed inclusion and diversity in our business, supporting and translating Group and Regional initiatives to drive effectiveness within Hilton Foods UK and Ireland.
  • Utilize our global HR system to drive improvement in ways of working, our EVP, and business performance, championing and ensuring compliance with people-related ESG goals and requirements.
