We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Lead to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading our Site teams, and providing strategic guidance to the wider Trust.

The successful candidate will be a Health Care Professional with significant management experience and a thorough understanding of Capacity and Flow management. You will be responsible for providing senior professional, operational, and strategic clinical leadership to the site operations team, leading and developing this team to support 24/7 patient placement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing senior leadership and guidance to the site operations team
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient flow and reduce length of stay
  • Working closely with divisional teams to minimise delays and problem-solve flow issues
  • Representing the Trust with external partners at a tactical level
