We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Analyst to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our custody and cash position data.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve breaks in cash and securities, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
- Liaise with operational teams to investigate and resolve issues, and track progress to resolution.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global internal departments and external counterparties.
- Contribute to department and company initiatives, and provide specialist product knowledge.
- Proficient in basic software, including Excel.
- Experience in banking or asset management, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end asset lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to navigate change and maintain an innovative culture.
