About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Asset Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of custody and cash position data, as well as conducting thorough investigations and reconciliations of any breaks in cash and securities.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely manner. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily custody transaction and position reconciliation against internal records
  • Investigate and resolve cash and stock breaks in a timely manner
  • Reconcile outstanding OTC bilateral collateral and fixed deposit positions between internal and counterparty records
  • Monitor and manage high volumes of work, prioritizing tasks according to risk and deadlines
  • Escalate potential problems before they become a risk
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the end-to-end asset lifecycle and experience in banking and asset management. Proficiency in basic software, including Excel, is also essential.
