Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in a community care or social care role is highly desirable, along with a relevant qualification in Social Work, Health and Social Care, or a related field.
- Understanding of Safeguarding Practices: Strong understanding of safeguarding practices and relevant legislation.
- Driving License and Vehicle: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle may be required for some positions.
