We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing business that offers uncapped commission-based earnings and excellent benefits. As a self-employed consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own workload and provide high-quality services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will be required to discuss the benefits of our products and services with potential customers, gain referrals, and self-generate at least 50% of new business. You will also work closely with customers to identify their needs and take accurate instructions to meet their requirements.

The role will suit individuals with proven estate planning or will writing experience, trained to the standard of IPW or SWW or legally qualified through CILEX. You will have the support of Co-op Legal Services, an SRA regulated business, to draft legal documents and will use our in-house Estate Planning Assistant software to capture customers' instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend appointments generated by the company.
  2. Gain referrals and self-generate at least 50% of new business.
  3. Discuss the benefits of estate planning and legal services products.
  4. Deliver talks and seminars arranged by the company to community groups.
  5. Work closely with customers to identify needs and take accurate instructions.
  6. Capture customers' instructions using our in-house Estate Planning Assistant software.

Requirements:

  1. Proven estate planning or will writing experience.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  3. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Confidence when presenting and a natural flair for engaging an audience.
  5. Practical IT literacy in a remote setting using Microsoft Office.
  6. A full UK driver's license with access to your own vehicle.
