Support Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a committed Support Practitioner to join our team in North Lanarkshire. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various needs, promoting their overall growth and independence.

Salary: £12.74 per hour, rising to £12.43 in the first year of service.

About the Role:

Our Support Practitioner role involves providing individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs. This may involve supporting individuals within the community, engaging with their hobbies and interests, and empowering them to develop skills and independence.

You will also attend various community groups and accompany service users to activities they enjoy, such as trips to the cinema or local events.

Requirements:

  • A genuine commitment to supporting people to live their best lives
  • No previous working experience is necessary; full training will be provided
  • Able to work on a rota
