Job Description

As a Community Development Manager at Tower Hamlets London Borough Council, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of a great physical environment on our estates.

You will inspire and lead a team to deliver excellence across neighborhood and customer services, while developing strategies to ensure compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing Standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customer service strategies that prioritize our residents' needs.
  • Managing significant budgets to ensure financial accountability and value for money.
  • Inspiring and leading a team to deliver excellence across neighborhood and customer services.
