Senior Care Professional

Home Instead Glasgow North is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our clients across the North of Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform support visits and supervisions as agreed with the Care Manager.
- Conduct client reviews and quality assurance visits as agreed with the Care Manager.
- Provide mentoring and support to Care professionals within your team and offer client support and reporting services within your area.
- Audit client logs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Participate in weekend on-call cover and two nights of on-call duty per week, divided among the team.
Requirements:
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Minimum 2 years of care experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our clients and team.
- Right to work in the UK.
