About the Role
Home Instead Glasgow North is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Care Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care services to make a positive impact in the lives of others and their local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform support visits and supervisions as agreed with the Care Manager.
- Conduct client reviews and quality assurance visits as agreed with the Care Manager.
- Provide mentoring and support to Care professionals within your team and offer client support and reporting services within your area.
- Audit client logs and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Participate in weekend on-call cover and two nights during the week divided by the team.
Requirements
- Driving is essential for this role.
- 2 years of care experience.
- Must be flexible and an adaptable individual.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
