Home Instead Glasgow North is seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Care Professional. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others and their local community.
About the Role:
- As a Senior Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to clients across the North of Glasgow.
- You will work closely with the Care Manager to perform support visits, supervisions, and quality assurance visits.
- Additionally, you will provide mentoring and support to Care professionals within your team and offer client support and reporting services within your area.
- Flexibility is essential, as you will need to adapt to changing circumstances and work patterns.
Requirements:
- 2 years of care experience
- Driving is essential for this role
- Must be flexible and an adaptable individual
- Have the right to work in the UK
