We are seeking an experienced Domestic Assistant to join our team at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital - Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC). As a key member of our cleaning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hospital.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of domestic cleaning services to patients and staff
  • Cleaning floors, work surfaces, furnishings, and equipment to a hygienic standard
  • Emptying, disposing, and replacing clinical and domestic waste
  • Maintenance of equipment and materials in a hygienic and safe condition
  • Participation in health and safety, quality, and Serco policies and procedures
  • Collaboration with the team, including supporting and training other staff

About You:

  • Cleaning experience and knowledge of British Institute of Cleaning Science accreditation
  • Good communication skills and customer care abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability
