**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated Emergency Response Fire & Security Engineer to join our Carlisle team at TipTopJob. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing fire and security systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients.
The role involves responding to emergency maintenance calls, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on various fire and security systems, including alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and diagnose issues with fire and security systems.
- Carry out repairs on various fire and security systems, including alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on fire and security equipment to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including parts used and time taken, and complete necessary paperwork.
Requirements:
To be successful as an Emergency Response Fire & Security Engineer, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer, particularly in a reactive maintenance role.
- Good knowledge of fire and security systems, including alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical or fire and security engineering (e.g., BTEC/ City & Guilds).
- A full UK driving license.
