Job Title: Commercial Property Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Property Specialist to join our team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our Real Estate Managed Legal Services team, you will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality legal services and support their property portfolio management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their property portfolio management needs and deliver tailored legal services to support their goals.
  • Collaborate with our Real Estate Managed Legal Services team to develop and implement effective property portfolio management strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial property matters, including underleases, lease renewals, and disposals.
  • Supervise and manage junior members of the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to drive efficiencies and standardization in our property portfolio management services.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Senior Associate/Managing Associate in commercial property and Real Estate matters.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and managing complex client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with legal technology tools used in the delivery of real estate services.
