About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Senior Associate to join our award-winning national Real Estate Public Sector team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate matters, including grant funding, major infrastructure and regeneration projects, real estate support and development, planning, commercial and construction advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive advice across a range of matters.
  • Work closely with our clients, including public bodies, quasi-public bodies, and institutions, as well as private sector suppliers and partners.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Real Estate Public Sector team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a broad range of real estate experience, with a minimum of 3 years' PQE at Associate level and 5 years' at Senior Associate level. Public Sector experience and prior exposure to undertaking corporate support work would be an advantage.
