About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Senior Associate to join our award-winning national Real Estate Public Sector team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a range of real estate matters, including grant funding, major infrastructure and regeneration projects, and real estate support and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive advice to clients on real estate matters, including grant funding, major infrastructure and regeneration projects, and real estate support and development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including public bodies, quasi-public bodies, and institutions.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Senior Associate who has a broad range of real estate experience, with a minimum of 3 years' PQE at Associate level and 5 years' at Senior Associate level. You will have a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations, and be able to provide expert advice to clients. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
