About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our Estates and Facilities Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring the efficient operation of our department.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing office systems to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including reports and action logs
- Coordinating meetings and events, including travel arrangements and training courses
- Monitoring energy consumption and verifying invoices for payment
Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent/functional skills)
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
- Certificate in Management or extensive administrative experience
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Salary: £29,500 per annum
