Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing sustainable tenancies and delivering positive outcomes for the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a neighbourhood patch, covering Rochdale, Middleton, and Heywood, to deliver a proactive service that promotes sustainability.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with local stakeholders, including residents, community groups, and partner organizations.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

• Identify and address potential issues that may impact tenancy sustainability, such as rent arrears or anti-social behaviour.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer or similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
