Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with Learning disabilities, complex health needs, and other requirements
- Assist with personal care, including peg feeding, insulin administration, and epilepsy management
- Encourage participation in local communities, social activities, and daily drives
- Develop and maintain Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
