Position: Care Assistant

Location: Peel House Melksham

Compensation: Starting from £11.57 per hour

Typical Shifts: Rotational shifts including 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants who are passionate about improving the lives of those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Our residential service, Peel House, offers a warm and friendly atmosphere where every day brings new experiences. You will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we support by teaching essential life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging participation in community activities.

Activities Include:
- Outings to local attractions
- Participation in community groups and events
- Holidays and recreational activities
- Arts and crafts sessions
- Sensory and hydrotherapy activities

This position is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, helping them build confidence and independence.

Requirements:
While experience is valuable, we believe that a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for others is paramount. We welcome individuals who are resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach.

It is preferred that candidates hold a full UK driving license to facilitate transportation for those we support. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and working with individuals with diverse needs is beneficial.
