About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our award-winning Food and Beverage team at The Jigger Inn Pub. This historic pub offers a unique atmosphere, with golfing memorabilia and a superb selection of Scottish beers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service and operations

• Support and coach direct reports to ensure exceptional customer service

• Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer loyalty

• Forecast staffing requirements and maintain high standards of performance

• Drive the success of our Food and Beverage Team through continuous improvement

About You

You will be a motivated individual with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a team. Relevant experience in managing or supervising a fast-paced pub or bar is essential.

Salary and Benefits

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £32,000, TRONC, and a range of associate benefits.
