About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our award-winning Food and Beverage team at The Jigger Inn Pub. This historic building dates back to the 1850s and offers a unique and authentic experience for our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and operations, supporting and coaching direct reports, and resolving guest complaints in a satisfactory manner. You will also be responsible for forecasting staffing requirements, maintaining high standards of performance, and driving the success of our Food and Beverage Team.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, supporting and motivating a team, and having a great front-of-house presence. Relevant working experience in managing or supervising a fast-paced pub or bar is essential, and a Personal License Holder is desirable.
Salary and Benefits
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £32,000, TRONC, and a range of associate benefits.
