About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team at The Jigger Inn Pub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service and quality in the pub and bar areas

• Support and coach direct reports to ensure excellent customer service

• Resolve guest complaints in a satisfactory manner and retain customer loyalty

• Forecast staffing requirements and ensure adequate staff volumes

• Maintain high standards of performance through appraisals and personal development plans

About You

You will be an experienced and motivated individual with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong front-of-house presence and be able to support and motivate a team. Relevant working experience in a fast-paced pub or bar environment is essential, and a Personal License Holder qualification is desirable.
