About the Role:
SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with physical disabilities and acquired brain injury, enabling them to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, meal preparation, and medication support to individuals with physical disabilities and acquired brain injury
Build relationships with the people you support, understanding their needs and preferences
Assist with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Support individuals with complex needs, including those with behaviours of concern
Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment
