Housekeeping Team Lead Opportunity

At The Soho Hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional cleanliness and service.
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to perfection.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the hotel.
  • Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
