About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Housekeeper to join our team at The Soho Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during your shift.
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to perfection.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
  • Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
