About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Assessor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a positive impact on their lives.

As a Disability Assessor, you will be responsible for carrying out assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will also produce a factual report to help the DWP determine eligibility for benefits.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • An NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist with 1 year or more broad post-registration experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Competent IT and computer skills
  • Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health
