We are looking for a skilled and experienced Environmental Impact Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser, a consultancy specialising in environment, planning, and property development. The successful candidate will possess 10+ years of industry experience and have a proven track record in managing EIAs, writing Environmental Statements (ESs), and delivering projects on time and budget.

About the Role

You will work closely with specialists across Acoustics, Air Quality, Ecology, Planning, and Social Value, collaborating on high-profile property development and urban regeneration projects.

Requirements
  1. Strong business development skills, including bid writing and revenue generation, with an active network of contacts in the property sector.
  2. Exceptional communication, project management, and client liaison skills.
