About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CAMHS Low Secure Unit Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a low-secure setting.
Responsibilities:
- Providing nursing care to patients in a low-secure setting.
- Working closely with patients and their families to assess and develop individualized care plans.
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance activities.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and patients' families.
Requirements:
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PIN.
- Experience of working in a low-secure unit or similar setting.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
- A positive attitude toward service improvement & commitment to high-quality care.
Salary: Up to £38,716 + £5k welcome bonus. Hours: Full Time/Part Time Flexible. Estimated salary range: £44,000 - £52,500 per annum based on experience and location.
