About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team at Insurd. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance for taxis and motorhomes, building relationships with clients, and handling policy administration from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer new and renewed policies, including the set-up of additional products.
  • Comply with FCA and all other regulatory requirements relating to the role.
  • Input data onto the office systems.
What We Offer

We provide an extremely competitive salary, industry-leading incentive scheme with uncapped earning potential, and a range of benefits. Our excellent starting salary is £28,000 dependent upon experience, with an average bonus earned of circa £ per month. You will also enjoy a 28-day holiday annually, rising to 33 days with length of service, plus an extra day off on your birthday.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar sales/telesales role. You must have high-level communications skills, as you will deal with clients face-to-face, over the telephone, and in writing. Planning and organisational, and time management skills must also be of a high standard. Computer literacy and a thorough understanding of company software are essential.
