Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team at insurd, a forward-thinking insurance broker. As a Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionise the insurance experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance for a range of insurance products, including specialist vehicle insurance for taxis and motorhomes.
- Obtain quotations from inbound clients and prospects, building relationships and handling policy administration from start to finish.
- Administer mid-term adjustments, accurately collect and input client information, and comply with FCA and regulatory requirements.
- Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide technical and administrative support, liaising with insurers and other third parties regarding client needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar sales or telesales role.
- High level of interpersonal skills, ability to build successful relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and planning skills, with a high standard of time management and problem-solving.
- Computer literate and thorough understanding of company software.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £28,000 dependent on experience, plus uncapped monthly bonus.
- Straightforward working hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
- 28 days holiday annually, rising to 33 days with length of service.
