About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team at insurd. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients and building strong relationships with them.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell insurance products to clients and build strong relationships with them.
  • Obtain quotations from clients and prospects and administer mid-term adjustments.
  • Accurately collect and input client information and administer new and renewed policies.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Comply with FCA and all other regulatory requirements relating to the role.
  • Input data onto the office systems and liaise with insurers and other third parties regarding the administration of client needs.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to clients and colleagues.

What We Offer
  • An excellent starting salary of £28,000 dependent upon experience + bonus.
  • Average bonus earned is circa £ per month (some are much higher).
  • Straight-forward working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (no weekends or Bank holidays).
  • 28 days holiday annually (including Bank Holidays) rising to 33 days with length of service.
