Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-established OFSTED 'Outstanding' specialist school. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to provide individual and small group support for students with Autism and ADHD.

About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities. You will assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management, provide one-on-one support to students with specific learning needs, and promote positive behavior and social skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

Requirements
