Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care in Bedford. As a Personal Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be required to work on an evening and weekend shift pattern, which may include evenings from 4pm-10pm and alternate weekends. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £13.50-£14.50 per hour, mileage and travel allowance, enhanced rate on bank holidays, genuine career development and progression opportunities, and a refer a friend scheme. You will also receive industry-leading training, full PPE protection, and care certification upon completion of your training. Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must be a reliable and trustworthy individual with a kind and compassionate heart. You will need a full driving licence and access to a car. While experience is not necessary, you will need to be comfortable working in a client's home environment and able to build professional friendships with our clients.
